Are your rates by project or hourly?

We work both ways. Our hourly rates are US $15 per hour. Generally we prepare a detailed time estimate based on the requirements of the work and apply our hourly rates. But for ongoing requirements, it is cheaper to work on man month basis and is preferable to us also. In such an arrangement we can dedicate as many qualified professionals as you may require to work exclusively for you on full time basis i.e. 8 hours a day and 6 days a week. Our discounted rate for such an arrangement is US$1500 per man month.

Could you advise as to how you work?

Our general approach is to get the details of the content first. This is followed by a detailed chat on some instant messenger like Skype, Yahoo!, AOL or MSN wherein we try to understand and clear all the requirements.
