What are the payment options and how may the payment be made?

Based on the quote we send you, you deposit 25% of the amount with us as an advance

When 50% of the work is done, you pay us another 25%
When 75% of the work is done, you pay us another 25%
When 100% of the contract work is finished and accepted by you, you pay the final balance of 25%

Preferred payment options include Electronic Funds Transfer, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Company Checks, Money orders, Cashier’s checks denominated in U.S dollars.

How do you ensure security of data?

We follow strict protocols to ensure confidentiality and security of data and details sent to us by our clients.

Are these services permissible / taxable under law?

All NET enabled services are covered under WTO agreement and signed by more than 110 countries all around the world. These services are freely importable and free from customs duties or local taxes.

Do your engineers travel to the United States or Europe?

They would definitely be available to do so if required.

What are the possibilities of our meeting with your engineers?

Yes, you are always welcome to meet our Engineers.

Do you spell-check your drawings?

Yes we perform spell-checks to maintain quality of the drawings, we also proof read the drawing.

If I sketch out a plan, what should be included in the plan i.e. Sections, elevations, plot plan, floor plan etc. Please tell me what information you require to draw construction documents?

Yes, we require plan elevations and sections to draw construction documents. We do have our own standard set of dimensions but for your specific requirements we would need the detailed dimensions.

How many workstations and staff are committed to CAD & GIS work?

We are having total 20 persons in CAD & GIS department and all of them are well qualified in different fields like Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Structural, etc. The average experience is 3-10 years in CAD and GIS related tools. The seniors have 10 to 20 years experience in consulting field.

What softwares do we work on?

We can use any software that is prescribed by our clients. We use the following tools on a regular basis; AutoCAD, AutoDesk 3D Civil, Civil CAD, ArchiCAD, Land Development, Bentley Microstation, ORDM, AutoDesk 3D Studio Max, ArcGIS, MapInfo, CREDO, MX ROAD, GeoCAD.

What means of communication are used?

Communication can be done by email, phone, online chat or VOIP.

What kind of turnaround time can be expected?

The turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required, we have provision for 24 shifts where we have one team working day shifts and other night shifts.

What Drawing Standards are followed?

We go with the drawing standards as prescribed by our clients. However we can also use our default standards.

In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?

The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI - 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent.

Can drawings be sent through fax?

No.

How can i send the Drawing files and in what format?

The files can be emailed to us or uploaded to our secure FTP server(contact us for FTP access info) or couriered to our office, virtually any graphic file format is acceptable, such as TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PDF.
