Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer of CAD Nepal and is responsible for overall management, including international member relations, strategic planning, budget, legal matters and major events. Since joining CAD Nepal in 2001, Daniel has been the key member of the executive team. His work can be seen in all sectors of CAD Nepal's corporate strategies, technology & Vision, Strategic business partnerships and recruiting of key talent.

In fact, Daniel is one of Nepal's young IT Professional who has been involved in this line of work since 1995. Daniel first joined CAD Nepal in 2001 serving as a Chief Technology Officer, prior joining CAD Nepal, Daniel held the position of CTO & International Manager at IRAD, during his tinier of 3 years he was instrumental in developing and implementing new technologies, helping IRAD to become one of the best research institutes of Nepal. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University Kathmandu, Nepal and multiple IT certifications including: MCSE, RHCP, CCNA, A+.

Santosh Raut is the Executive Vice President for CAD Nepal and his responsibilities include legal affairs, public policies of the company and advising of the company's management on strategic and corporate governance matters. Mr. Raut joined CAD Nepal in 2000 and his role comprises of leading business development efforts to expand and strengthen CAD Nepal's national presence, as well as consulting business relationships with the local companies.

Prior joining CAD Nepal Mr. Raut served as Chief Operational Officer (COO) of Nepal Innovative Institute for Development (NIID) managing overall aspects of the institute for 4 years. Mr. Raut also holds 5 years of consulting experience in Business Process Operations (BPO) with multiple numbers of national organizations. Mr. Raut holds a BBA degree in Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Niranjan Khanal is a key member of CAD Nepal's executive team. Mr. Khanal is responsible for overseeing the company's finance, investor relations, mergers, acquisitions and plays an important role in determining the company's business strategy. Niranjan Khanal is the Chief Financial Officer for CAD Nepal and is responsible for driving CAD Nepal's vision to success with its growing business needs. His carries out many financial-related tasks, including accounting, risk management, treasury and tax systems. Mr. Khanal joined CAD Nepal in 2003. Prior to joining CAD Nepal, Mr. Khanal was an accountant with IRAD (Integrated Research Application and Development) for 6 years. Mr. Khanal holds a masters degree of Business Studies in Accounts and Finance from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Roman Dangal is the Chief Communication Officer for CAD Nepal, responsible for public relations and for acquiring new business accounts. Ever since his joining CAD Nepal in 1999, Mr. Dangal has been one of the key members in expanding the company’s interests into new market domains. Mr. Dangal has 7 years of marketing and customer relations experience. Prior to his re-joining CAD Nepal, Mr. Dangal served as Customer Service Administrator of Sporting Wheelies Assoc of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia for 3 years. Mr. Dangal holds a BA degree in Marketing and Communications and MIS (Advanced) degree in Information System Management from Griffith University, Brisbane, Australia.

Amado Martinez is the CTO and the Austin TX, US branch office manager for CAD Nepal. He is responsible for quality control of the software engineering products. He brings over 10 years of experience in web technology development and information security. Mr.Martinez is one of the youngest additions to the CAD Nepal management team, with his advanced background in computer/software engineering he is an indispensable member of our company. Mr. Martinez joined CAD Nepal in 2003 as a software engineer and since then the quality of the final products has improved significantly to the customer’s satisfaction. Prior to joining CAD Nepal, Mr. Martinez was one of the key founders and CEOs of Trivia Security.
